Q: What is your shipping and return policy?
A: We ship most products UPS ground, and process within two business days of the order. Shipping generally takes 2 to 5 days in transit. A tracking number will be provided to you so you can keep track of your shipment. In the event one or more items from your order are not in stock, and will be delayed, we will notify you by email or telephone, and you will be given the choice of delaying the entire shipment until the delayed item is restocked, or shipping what is available and waiting until the delayed item is re-stocked. ( If you do not want to wait on the delayed item, we will issue you a refund for that item.) In most cases, items that have been delayed will be re-stocked within 5 to 14 days.
Q: What if something is missing from my order?
